How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Send your completed DMCA takedown notice to us through our Contact Us page. Include “DMCA Takedown Notice” in the subject line. We will review all valid notices and respond within 5 to 10 business days.

Please note that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages including costs and attorneys’ fees. Submit a DMCA notice only if you have a genuine good faith belief that infringement has occurred.

Counter-Notification

If content you submitted to USARoundup.com has been removed due to a DMCA takedown notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include your name, address, phone number, the URL of the removed content, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed in error, and your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy

USARoundup.com will terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.
